- Establish transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Conduct ethics reviews for high-stakes AI applications in healthcare and finance
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (Nature AI, ACM FAccT)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Proficiency in Python for ethical algorithm development and testing
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance frameworks
