Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for high-impact AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical impact assessments into development sprints
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption and transparency practices
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Design training materials to build organizational AI ethics competency
- Author public-facing transparency reports and ethical AI documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Familiarity with machine learning model development lifecycle
