Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML models
- Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on ethical AI implementation
- Monitor emerging regulations and industry standards
- Create transparency reports for autonomous systems
- Establish incident response protocols for ethical breaches
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with ML fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, Stanford)
- Published work on AI ethics or regulatory compliance
