Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum computing architectures with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit layouts
- Create quantum security frameworks resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in algorithm development best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and GPU acceleration
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
