Job Description
Are you ready to shape the technological landscape of 2026?
Nexus Horizon Labs is pioneering the frontier of Future AI Systems. We are looking for a visionary AI Architect to design and implement the neural architectures that will define the next generation of human-machine interaction. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 2026 and beyond, we want to hear from you.
As a key member of our elite research team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical deep learning and practical, scalable quantum-classical systems. You will work in a dynamic environment that demands innovation, speed, and ethical responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design proprietary deep learning models optimized for the computational requirements of 2026.
- Quantum-Classical Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid algorithms into our core infrastructure.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Oversee the development of scalable, distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation in automated decision-making systems.
- Prototype Rapid Prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technologies like sentient agents and predictive memory interfaces.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Future-Forward Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Quantum Computing principles and experience with quantum simulators.
- Architectural Experience: Proven track record of designing large-scale, fault-tolerant software architectures for AI applications.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve novel engineering challenges with limited precedent in the current market.
