Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven history of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
