Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning roadmap for the company, specifically targeting 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for large-scale AI deployments and data pipelines.
- Technical Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Neural Interfaces) and integrate them into our product strategy.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of engineering excellence within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model training times and inference efficiency to meet high-volume demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of envisioning and building technology that anticipates market trends and user needs.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving high-complexity architectural problems.
