Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure code quality across the AI engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and research emerging technologies relevant to 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle high concurrency and big data.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
