You will be the bridge between our creative directors and our engineering teams, pushing the boundaries of what is possible on the modern web.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex 2D animations using JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas, and WebGL.
- Optimize animation performance for smooth 60fps rendering across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive experiences.
- Build reusable animation libraries and components for the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and debug animation issues to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on animation best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in web animation, front-end development, or interaction design.
- Expert proficiency in GSAP (GreenSock), Canvas API, and CSS3 Keyframes.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of the browser's rendering pipeline and performance optimization techniques.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for motion design and technical implementation.
