- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term innovation initiatives with market evolution
- Produce quarterly foresight reports highlighting disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion experimental projects exploring post-2026 societal and business transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant technical field
