Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing interfaces and synthetic neural networks
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmap aligning with market forecasts
- Collaborate with MIT Caltech on next-gen human-machine symbiosis protocols
- Translate theoretical models into patentable commercial applications
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of AI researchers and hardware engineers
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging technology commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of scaling research to $100M+ products
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant programs
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 ethical AI standards
