Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and oversee the comprehensive AI and technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal cycle, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing, to identify opportunities and threats for the company.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive buy-in.
- Product Innovation: Drive the R&D pipeline for new products that leverage AI to solve complex user problems.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech industry leaders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing on them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
