- Architect scalable innovation frameworks integrating cutting-edge R&D with commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional task forces of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future solutions
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry partnerships with research labs and tech accelerators
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
