Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for production environments.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-performance inference on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Drive technical strategy for scaling our AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade ML solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
