- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on innovation trajectories
- Manage partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global research institutions
- Drive sustainable tech implementation across 15+ product lines
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/space/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with global impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
