Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through 2026+ using data analytics and industry research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and technology thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across company divisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
