Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies aligned with market disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AGI safety, and climate tech
- Produce quarterly innovation whitepapers for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and global tech accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizons incubation program
- Represent InnovateHorizons at Davos, Web Summit, and exclusive tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years tech R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies or AI alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 5+ emerging tech prototypes
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Track record securing $1M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent bodies
- Exceptional public speaking skills with 50+ keynote presentations at global tech conferences
