Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused technology roadmaps for quantum computing and neuro-adjacent AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop patent-pending solutions in sustainable tech and cognitive augmentation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution trajectories
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact cycles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or biocompatible interfaces
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals on future tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
