Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing explainable AI frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Develop proprietary algorithms achieving quantum advantage in optimization problems
- Mentor PhD researchers on federated learning techniques across 5G networks
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in transformer models and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research at ICML/ICLR/AAAI conferences
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and PyTorch
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
