Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI and Machine Learning infrastructure aligned with our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to transition experimental AI models into production environments.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI and advanced neural networks, into existing tech stacks.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate long-term business strategies into actionable technical architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all architectural decisions meet stringent security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data pipeline tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- A proven track record of launching enterprise-scale machine learning products from the ground up.
