Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Architect scalable solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalability principles
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio showcasing past innovation projects with measurable impact
