Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-tech strategies into business operations
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption of next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two futuristic products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, neurotech, or sustainable computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Julia preferred)
- Strong network with global tech incubators and venture capital firms
