Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI/quantum computing solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Lead 15+ member R&D teams through full product lifecycle from ideation to commercial deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech leaders
- Present quarterly tech roadmaps to C-suite and investor boards
- Drive patent development targeting 10+ filings annually
- Oversee $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI optimization
- Mentor junior engineers via our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Proven track record shipping quantum/AI products with >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government clearance
- Fluency in agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
