Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovation experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on applied quantum computing
- Deep expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and DeFi protocols
- Certified in sustainable tech architecture (Green IT+ certification)
