Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary generative algorithms targeting the 2026 market window.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for all AI/ML initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
