Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Technology Roadmap for 2026, identifying critical emerging tech trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect high-level system designs that ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across all Nexus Horizon platforms.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies, validating their feasibility before full-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals and long-term vision.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Assess risks associated with new technologies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, System Engineering, or Technical Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technology planning (5+ years forward-looking).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
