Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Lead the architectural design for AI agents, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 business goals.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and automated testing.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning to reduce latency and improve model accuracy.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience with transformer architectures.
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
