Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy by analyzing quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale sustainable tech solutions (carbon-negative computing, circular tech models)
- Develop patent-worthy innovations in ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Collaborate with global R&D labs to integrate frontier technologies into commercial products
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech domains while maintaining compliance with evolving tech ethics standards
- Publish thought leadership on 2026 tech disruption in industry journals and at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic planning for emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems (demonstrated via patents/publications)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to commercialization (minimum 3 successful launches)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism from Tier 1 institution
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or AI Ethics (DeepMind/Google) preferred
- Experience with tech ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act) and ESG tech standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to executive audiences
