Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to predict market shifts and identify high-impact opportunities for 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term vision and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic directives.
- Trend Monitoring: Establish a global monitoring system for tech innovations, benchmarking against industry leaders to maintain a competitive edge.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the incubation of experimental projects and prototypes that demonstrate potential for future commercialization.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions to expand our technological ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and successfully implementing long-term strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital infrastructure.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in a dynamic environment.
