Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research teams in identifying and validating paradigm-shifting trends for 2026+
- Develop predictive models for technological, social, and economic disruptions using AI and big data analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Deliver compelling future scenario narratives to stakeholders through immersive presentations and interactive workshops
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable recommendations for innovation investments
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cross-functional teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling ability with portfolio of published futurist content or keynote presentations
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability megatrends
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
