Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders

- Drive culture transformation to embed innovation mindset across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services in tech-driven industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field required
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
