- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for high-potential innovation projects
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and agile innovation practices
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CII, PDMA) preferred
