Responsibilities
- Lead quantum-AI algorithm development for 2026's flagship quantum neural network architecture
- Design and execute large-scale quantum simulations on superconducting quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and establish industry partnerships with quantum computing leaders
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF grant funding for frontier quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Theoretical Physics from Tier-1 institution
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development (Qiskit/Cirq experience required)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing or AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC/Cloud)
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum machine learning frameworks
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contract compliance
