Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ product roadmaps aligned with exponential technology trends
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design and validate prototype concepts through rapid experimentation and user testing
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline ROI and market disruption potential
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with 5+ years in tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech, or nanotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or Futures Methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience leading global remote teams
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation projects with $1M+ revenue impact
