- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop patent portfolios protecting core intellectual property in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on futuristic interaction paradigms
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and neural interface development
- Track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market deployment
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and technology policy development
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
