Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with UN SDG impact modeling frameworks
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ commercially deployed futuristic solutions
