Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in future-tech strategy roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three frontier domains (quantum, neuromorphic, decentralized systems)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite and government bodies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
