Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces)
- Design innovation frameworks to evaluate and accelerate moonshot projects
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for leadership
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author white papers on technological singularity preparedness and ethical governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven experience developing future-state scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
