Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for 2026, aligning business goals with emerging technology trends.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) to determine their viability for FutureScale's roadmap.
- Design scalable system architectures that anticipate future hardware and software constraints.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Establish best practices for innovation, ensuring rapid prototyping without sacrificing code quality.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, System Design, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or working in R&D departments.
- Deep understanding of modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with technical roadmapping and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business strategies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
