Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, autonomous infrastructure)
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and domain specialists in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying advanced autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026 technology initiatives
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and innovation boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published thought leadership on 4th industrial revolution implications
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants or venture funding
- PhD or equivalent in technology, systems engineering, or futures studies
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
