Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions in AI governance and biotech integration
- Author thought leadership publications and present at premier futurist conferences (e.g., Singularity Summit, World Future Society)
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of 2026-viable innovations including neural interfaces and climate tech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of developing 10-year+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published author in futurist journals or speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4 strategic modeling)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate engineering landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
