Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, space) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite strategic recommendations
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar (e.g., WFS)
