Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impact through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-focused projects
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing successful tech transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing strategic technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks
