Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for global socioeconomic shifts and technological disruptions
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into market-ready innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
