- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing methodologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and technological disruption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and scenario development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and external partners
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
