Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026's business landscape
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for technology adoption, market shifts, and regulatory changes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused topics
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through data-driven modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
