Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to position InnovateNext as an industry pioneer
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and commercialization cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
