Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market whitespace
- Produce actionable foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging tech and societal shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist communities, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Track record of developing and implementing future-proof organizational strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or innovation-driven environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) a plus
