Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market evolution in post-quantum computing era
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state capabilities
- Author quarterly foresight reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026 market gaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and adaptation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning with demonstrable impact on 3+ future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning workshops
