Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans for 2026+ technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and risk assessment
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Build predictive models for market and societal evolution through 2030
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive innovation opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Author thought leadership publications on future-tech convergence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
